99xo Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 99xo platform and all associated services. By creating an account, logging in, or playing any game on 99xo, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using 99xo's services.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on 99xo, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be immediately closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain a safe and transparent environment, 99xo may request identity verification at any time. This may require submitting documents such as a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.

2.3 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password strictly confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 99xo support team immediately. Transferring or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

All casino and betting services on 99xo are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Although registration may be possible without age verification, if it is subsequently found that a user is under 21, the account will be closed and the authority will decide on the return of any balance held.

It is the responsibility of the relevant family to prevent minors from using the account. Parents and guardians are advised to enable appropriate parental controls on their devices.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 99xo is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits are generally processed quickly, though occasional delays may occur due to the verification process.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to complete. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Your account must be verified before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Source of Funds

All funds sent to the 99xo platform must come from legitimate sources. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account will be reviewed and supporting documents may be requested. Money laundering or any fraudulent activity will not be tolerated, and law enforcement agencies may be notified in such cases.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The 99xo welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 15 times the bonus. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000, and the wagering required to withdraw is ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

The specified conditions must be met to receive the bonus. An account may not receive the welcome bonus more than once. Bonus balance cannot be transferred directly to another account.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules

All games available on 99xo are operated through certified third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe). Each game has its own rules and RTP. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a random number generator (RNG), with no human intervention.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant bet may be cancelled and the staked amount will be returned. 99xo is not responsible for any alleged winnings arising from a technical error.

6.3 Misconduct

The use of bots, algorithm exploitation, software manipulation, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and any associated winnings will be voided.

Any user may request to close their account at any time. It is advised to withdraw any available balance before closing the account.

9.2 At 99xo's Initiative

99xo may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Providing false information or concealing identity
• Fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct
• Operating multiple accounts
• Death of the account holder (legal heir claims may apply)
• Proven breach of age requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

99xo strives to ensure the highest quality of service on its platform, but will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Internet disconnection or problems caused by the user's device
• Service disruption by a third-party payment provider
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government directives, etc.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence

99xo is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

99xo reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance by email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
